“My friend was adamant that since I had never had a "pub sub" before that we stop in and get a sandwich. I was indecisive, but Andre really stepped up and asked what I liked and said to trust him and he'd make the best sandwich ever. He took his time, walked over to the baking rack to get me a fresh loaf of bread, toasted the sandwich just enough to melt the cheese, and proceeded to build what can only be called a DELICIOUS sandwich. I was extremely impressed with his dedication to his craft and even gave him a hug afterward as a thanks! Highly recommend, the customer service was GREAT!”

“I've been a patron of this bank for a LONG time. Having grown up in this area, I started my own business account with this bank, had my personal account started up with this bank, and I go there quite a lot. I've never really had a problem to be honest. Although I don't go there quite as much anymore, whenever I do, I try to go during an offtime. Living in NYC has taught me that anything in the rush-hour period is insane and just self-torture, so instead of fighting it out, I either come to the ATM afterhours or I will make it a point to come with an appointment. It helps to make the appointment online and you're already in the system. They do have social distancing and more bank associates now than a few years ago so I know they are growing. Service has always been good, but then again I've always had my stuff ready so that it was a fast process. I don't expect people to fix my issues if I don't have the things that they need to fix it which honestly is also very helpful when dealing with banks. Their notary department is on point (appt recommended). I didn't have my ATM card with me since I just brought my phone and ID, but they were able to help me anyway with my drivers license. Irina Song was so on point, she even checks the document to make sure that I know what I'm signing. I'm glad that this level of responsibility exists here at this branch. Will definitely encourage users to look into using this location!”
“My mom and dad went to this boa location last week to have some services done, they don't speak English so I was worry that they will have a hard time getting things done, but this location have Chinese interpreter, he's name is Yuxuan Hu, he was very helpful and patient! My parents came back home complimenting him for his professionalism, and positive attitude toward customers. Great location if you need a Chinese agent to help!”
