Never going back to this car wash. After 2 years of using it, after they change to whistle car wash I noticed that my car has scratch ? that’s why I end up to not taking it regularly to wash, because I didn’t want any more damage.
But yesterday It was just a terrible bad customer experience from one of the employees (male), I paid the gold, and my car was dirty still, they made it again, and it didn’t seem like it was washing it properly.
So I end up deciding to clean it by myself with towels, I went to the front and asked the guy for towel and he said “we don’t have” it was 9 am how are they supposed to run out with towels? So then I went again to asked and he said he only have one this time, so he gave it to me, then a lady parked next to me and I asked her if she can borrow towels for me too, since I believed the guy was just refusing to give it to “me”, she went and they gave it to her but didn’t want to give one to me… disgusting!!!!
I told my friends and family already to cancel the membership ? good luck with your business if you keep going like that!
I wish the white male manager was there, he is pretty good.
Btw the man who was at front (office) which clearly didn’t care at all (was a light brown male) I wish I know his name!

Valerie was fantastic!! The wash didn’t get my car clean and she was above n beyond helpful! She also helped spray and wipe it down to get it clean. Thanks Valerie!!

Don't waste your time here. You might get a car wash and you also might leave with damage to your car. They need to fix there little road, to leave the spot. And most of the vacuum stations don't work. Will have to get some pictures of the road to add to my review. It is horrible, not worth the risk of getting a carwash to possibly leaving with an expensive bill to fix your car, especially if you value your wheels. Owners seemed to only care about collecting money but not improving there surroundings. I suggest going to Caliber Car Was or Top Express Carwash. Don't believe these fake 5 star reviews because they're begging for it. Go look at the property yourself and you will see the horrible looking road you have to drive.
