Was helped by the store manager here (middle aged darker skinned woman) who was pretty insensitive to me and my situation. I had two packages to return and accidentally scanned the wrong QR code for the first package. When I alerted her to this she seemed annoyed and impatient. As I was trying to sort out the QR codes on my phone she was just staring at me, didn’t tell me she was ready or anything- extremely awkward. This was one of my first outings with my newborn alone which is already tough enough. I reiterated and thanked her for her patience and explained I was freshly postpartum and likely that added to my mix up, trying to lighten the situation- and she still just stared at me blankly shoved my receipts at me and motioned for the next in line. I walked to my car with tears in my eyes from how stupid she made me feel. I will be taking note of her name the next time I go into the store to let corporate know.
Every other associate at this store has been fantastic. Hopefully her foul attitude does not rub off on the rest of the staff.

Amazing customer service and speed! I was out of there in under 5 mins and needed some help with my package. The staff were patient and attentive. I believe the assistants name was Tanisha; she was exceptional!

Lazy refuse to scan your packages at least the 2 people in there Mario or I don’t know his name and the girl that looks I’m not sure if is the manager if you will do it your self is a ok place to drop off but it doesn’t cover the necessity if I will bring 100 packages in the future will give my business to another places this one doesn’t deserve it

This is the best print + shipping store I've ever gone to. The people here are always so nice and helpful. I've lived in the area for 6 years and this is the closest place to me so I always choose it. The Spalding post office sucks and people are always rude and will even charge you to use an inch of tape (you have to buy a new one from them)
This FedEx location is amazing. They will help you with everything needed. They packaged my item for me.
All interactions are fast, easy, and smooth. I'm in and out of the door in no time. I've used them for passport photos, printing, and shipping. Always a pleasant experience!

New management is needed very bad service when shipping no greet just people pretending to work a dei nightmare and charges were not correct for shipping

I wanted to send an envelope to India ,The online rate quoted was $47.86 , but when I went to check it out at this FEDEX location the Lady said it will be $148 , she said take it or leave it very strange How come this FEDEX changes Prices at its own Discretion??? Eventually I used USPS and they charged me $ 48 only .

On 5/7/2025 I decided to utilize the services of Fed Ex instead of my “go to” option USPS and I’m very pleased that I followed my mind. The two young ladies working Chianne and the other young lady were unbelievably kind, professional, extremely helpful and patient during my interaction. The store experienced a burst of busy activity several times during my visit and to witness how quickly these young ladies were able to assist everyone while still maintaining stellar customer service. I genuinely had a wonderful experience!

Everytime I come to this location, Kyle NEVER fails to service me in a way that should be the Fedex standard!!! We need more people like him working in Fedex print office departments. He always sets the bar high. I love my experience everytime I arrive at this location. 5 stars for sure!!

Just left this location and what a breath of fresh air to see that customer service is still alive!! The gentleman who assisted me on a return was very helpful and patient especially since it was my first time doing a return for something quite expensive. Thank you very much for being so kind and understanding.

It was my first return and I wasn't sure what documentation Fedex need to make it. But on the threshold I was met by a very friendly and sympathetic employee Cheyenne, she explained everything to me very quickly in simple words, so that's why I calmed down right away. I'm very grateful to her and I really think she's doing great 🙏🏻🙏🏻👍

Cheyenne, who works here, is nothing short of an angel. She helped me with an issue with a prepaid FedEx label, and she was the most professional, courteous and efficient I would hire her in a second You are lucky to have her and the others could learn a lot from her. I will start coming to this FedEx instead of my UPS store because of her Mr Cameron Kelpsa

Mariano was excellent! Not only did he try to troubleshoot my issue sending the documents to print, he also gave me the name of another location that was open on Sunday in case I needed it. He multi-tasked shipping customers, printing orders and my requests and was respectful, polite and professional with everyone. Would definitely return to this location!
