I brought a pkg into this office and said it needs to be overnighted. The young man helping me told me it would be there the next day and it was $78. I paid, took my receipt and left. I discovered the next day, when the recipient asked for the tracking number, that the fed ex employee had not sent it overnight. He sent it ground and it would be there in 3 days. My receipt was for FedEx ground for $16.40. It was crucial this medication go overnight. No one at fed ex could fix it the following day when I discovered the mistake. The FedEx office I sent the pkg from just told me to call customer service. Who told me they couldn’t do anything. I will always look at my receipt from now on and I will never go to this FedEx office again. Or use FedEx

They don't know what they are doing. Got on the computer to print somethings and the paper came out blank. The guy working behind the counter urged me to try again, insisting he'd reimburse me, only to be later inform he didn't know how to reimburse me. $14 bucks gone and I didn't even get the prints I needed.

My customer service experience here has drastically gotten better since a particular new employee has started working here. I'm not entirely sure of her name. However, she greeted when i walked in, asked if i needed help, was efficient & effective in actually helping when i did need it & is always sure to send me off with a "have good rest of your day". The 4 stars are all due to her (i just remember she had braids). The other employees are still like zombies. The new manager is a bit full of herself as well. Always has a snark attitude when i go in there. The guys there...forget it.

I worked on a self-service print job for a couple hours and needed a lot of help. I felt like a pain but the employees were very gracious and helpful! I saw lots of other customers come in and out and they treated everyone with similar service.

Came in here to print on the front of invitations for my sisters wedding and Leona was an absolute pleasure and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and make sure everything would go well before we proceeded with printing on the envelopes!! THANK YOU LEONA!!!!

Came in here not in a busy day so it was chill people talking about the female working here so I’m glad I didn’t get caught with her I got caught with a dude my first time in fed ex and was chill and understanding and simple ??

Excellent personnel, always helping and going above and beyond, I saw one employee run outside to help a lady whose car was smoking, to see if she was okay. Even if it’s busy, they acknowledge customers and make sure they’re satisfied and in-and -out in a reasonable amount of time.

I normally don’t write reviews like this but I really wasn’t happy with the service I received here. I came in to pick up a print order I had placed and noticed when I received it that the posters I paid for were pretty poor quality. I stood looking at them for a minute or two, looking visibly uncomfortable with a frown on my face, and the print associate who helped me seemed very eager to get me out of the store and did not bother asking if I was satisfied with the product. She took the prints out of my hands while I was still looking at them, put them in an envelope, and told me to have a nice day despite the fact that I was pretty clearly not happy with the finished product. I do acknowledge the fact that I took a risk printing photos that may have been low quality but I was not called beforehand and asked if I was ok having them printed in low quality. I also admit that I could have and should have spoken about my dissatisfaction to the associate but I have bad anxiety and hate to cause conflict. I mentioned something offhandedly about the quality, but she ignored me and was already walking away from the counter to do other things. Her behavior made me feel like I wasn’t wanted, so I left instead of pressing further. I used to work as a print associate and I always, always asked if someone was happy with their order and never tried to rush them away. I didn’t waste a whole lot of money but I’m pretty disappointed with this experience.

Nice place to drop off FedEx returns and they do passport photos as well. Might want to try during non busy times if you have a lot to ship.

Mattew the store manager was rude and impatient. I asked him for help scanning a big format page and send it to my email. And he told me 4 consecutive times that he can't do it. Of course I can understand a no, but he was rude saying that 4 consecutive times, that was unnecessary. I had a very bad experience as a customer.
