I got my membership at the Roswell location, but I prefer this location, definitely they do a better job.
The only downside is the staffing. They need more people for washing and detailing.
The staff they already have do a great job but sometimes the waiting time is an hour or more. I try to avoid weekends, but is still an issue even during Mondays and Tuesdays.

This is my first time going to this location. Usually, I go to the one in Roswell. I paid for the Trail Ultra and they did a terrible job! Also, I forgot that today was 15% off for ladies (Wednesday) which they did not mention! I was so annoyed that after I drove off, I forgot! Moving on, I had to point out all of the car wash flaws. My car had so many spots afterwards. Not to mention how horrible the tires looked! In addition to my seats weren't vacuumed properly! The person who I guess manages the workers came out and tried to wipe off the spots, but came up with a cavalier excuse about the tires! He claims he was going to talk to them! Then he decided to ask one of the workers to continue cleaning the spots. Nothing was done about the tires. I was PISSED!!!!!!!!. I asked one of the customers if she comes here on a regular basis? She lives in Buford and said yes, but sometimes they do a horrible job! Please don't ask me why she comes way out here! Maybe, visiting someone? Well, I am either going back to Roswell or find a new one. Plus, I gave them a 20% tip and did not get my 15% discount!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tim, Jose, and Robbie take great care of their customers. They really pay attention to your car and are very careful. The line up of number and types of vehicles attest to that. You may wait a while on the weekends but it's worth now getting your car scratched when being cleaned! Their monthly subscription program is really worth the money as well

I had high hopes for this company especially because someone referred me to them. I paid for the $54 car wash and my car seemed like it was barely washed. They made sure to shine my tires though lol didnt bother cleaning the area above the tire. I could tell they didnt clean my mirrors because they still had cob webbs and dirt on them. The rest of my car you could run you finger across it and see the dirt transfer. Then when you open the doors you still see the dirt on the inside plus the back was untouched and dirty. I now have to go and pay someone else again to actually clean my car right. This company definitely needs to do better.

$34 for the worst exterior only car wash I ever seen.
Maybe they seen my out-of-state license plate and decided not to give me a good car wash or maybe they thought I was an Ice Agent scooping out their operation. About 15 works, only 3 seemed to be able to speak English.
Nevertheless, Shameful treatment of people visiting from out of town…

I brought my s2000 and my wife's lexus last week. The quality of the wash and wax was fine, but they broke the fender side light on the s2000 and lost the cup holder trim on the lexus. I brought this to their attention, and they said they would order replacements and call me. Over a weekhas passed and I have received no further communication. I ordered the parts and installed them myself to replace what they broke and lost. Wouldn't recommend.

Excellent! Hard-working crew here! I've been coming here for many years through 3 different owners. Same concept, nothing changed except owners. Complimentary fresh-popped popcorn and coffee available. Outdoor seating. Business seating. TVs on the wall. Comfy couches and side chairs. Tim always takes care of me! Thank you!

I bought the ultra package and paid extra for the powerwash for the roof of my car. I am thinking that upgrading the service from a regular wash made little difference. The service tech was very friendly, but at the end of my visit, I was still very dissatisfied.

the assistant manager Jose (seriously the nicest guy and the reason I liked coming to this specific location) will be at the manager at the Marietta location opening up. Congratulations sir!
I keep telling myself that I should wash my own car or find somewhere closer to where I live but I find myself coming to this specific car wash every time and they never disappoint.
Even though I get my car washed about once a month the manager knows my car without me having to tell him and I think that really speaks a lot for a business to know their customers and their vehicles like that. The service is extremely fast even on the busy weekends (the cars line out almost outside the parking lot and that is a testament to how well this place does)
There’s always snacks & waters while you wait; popcorn machine and a coffee maker. The lounge is very cozy with plenty of outlets if you need to charge any devices while you wait.
honestly I’m a loyal customer to this location. If not because of their work for their price but for the customer service.
