“Myself and my husband's experience has been excellent+++++ above and beyond with our Mortgage Consultant Mr. Lance Mason. I received a $1,000.00 check in the mail and originally called to get an authorization code for a loan with this check. Mr. Mason was kind enough to help and discuss other options such as the equity cash-out refinance and as my husband is a veteran we would be able to do the VA guaranteed with zero money down. He was also the only Mortgage Consultant that ever gave us the information on the VA IRRL program which is an interest rate reduction loan after 6 months as long as we pay on time and don't take on new debt. We both had never heard of this program before talking to Mr. Mason. Mr. Mason has been great to work with, so helpful and was very thorough with explaining everything.
