One Stop did a great job in taking care of the water damage in my home. They were prompt when I called and worked with me to have everything in my master suite dried out and repaired. They also did a great job following up with the Insurance company to get everything approved. Would recommend.

Nir came out on really short notice after my tenants smoked in my home, leaving serious damage. He and his colleague Omer came up with a game plan and quote, including 3D renderings of the house and a detailed explanation of how everything would work. They are a thorough and competent team.

When I had my water damage, I did what everyone would do and search for a company that had great reviews. Thats how I found One Stop Restoration and believe me when I tell you, this company lives up to their reviews. My god they made the process so smooth. From start to finish, I was walked through the entire process. Everything was explained to me clearly, I didn’t have to guess about anything, and they finished in record time. I would hear stories of how claims and restorations could take months but I was done in less than 2 weeks. It was crazy!The remediation crew was amazing, the restoration crew was amazing, just everyone all around at this company was amazing. I seriously recommend anyone that had any type of issue with their home or that just wants to remodel, these guys are the ones to go to. The best!

They have amazing service, very informative and did a very through examination and listed a bunch of options for me when I was concerned about steps to take! Highly recommend, we had Nir come out to our house and he was amazing!

Nir Mualem is one stand up guy. He provided excellent customer service!!! He has gone above and beyond his job function!!! Whenever I called Nir, he always answered. Late one night, I texted him to check on something for me. I told myself that he will respond in the morning when he see my text. He responded that same night with links to videos to assist me and my husband questions. We texted back and forth for a while. It is hard to find this level of customer service today.I called One Stop Restoration due to a water leak in my bathroom and they were able to send someone (Nir) out the same day. The leak also damage a portion of my ceiling in the garage. He thoroughly explain the process and gave me an estimate. The next day, they sent workers to my house to start the process. They sent a crew to my house the following week to complete the job. We are satisfied with the work they done. Everything looks good! The young lady, Lee, that called me to schedule the appointments was very nice. I talked to her on several occasions. She was always very pleasant. If I were to run into a situation like this again, I would use One Stop Restoration. For my situation, they moved quickly to get the job done. It was not a long, drawn out process. I would like to thank everyone for a job well done!!!

We had a water heater leak that partially flooded our basement on a Saturday at the beginning of December. One Stop Restoration was able to come to our house THE SAME DAY while every other company we talked to said they'd come Monday. They were able to put together a plan of action quickly and started the work immediately. We asked for an aggressive timeline to be completely reconstructed in 3 weeks since we were hosting family for the holidays and they were able to deliver! They were extremely professional, communicative, and transparent throughout the entire project. Their teams also worked long hours to accommodate our timeline. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of their offered services!

I just couldn’t say enough good words about this amazing company that responded so quick for an emergency that I had at my business, They really took care of me beyond my imagination from A-to-Z.They came to my warehouse with All the equipment necessary to make sure that I can open the next day. This guy really saved my day, and it means so much to me. Thank you so much again again I will recommend any person that needs a restoration company for any reason to use this amazing team.

One Stop restoration responded very fast to our emergency. They showed up right away and were super professional. They knew exactly what to do and gave us a very fair price. I would highly recommend them. They did a great job and they made a horrible situation way easier to deal with.

One stop did a very good job cleaning up our basement last year after we had a pipe burst. They were quick and clean and had all the demo done in a couple of hours, left the fans and dehumidifier for about a week and followed up afterward to make sure there weren't any other issues that got missed. Very happy with the work.
