“Was visiting the area and this was a suggested grocery to pick up some foods for the week. Honestly, it's a supermarket, but a good one. This particular Publix was clean and well stocked, the employees I encountered were friendly and helpful when I asked where things were as it isn't where I live. Pre-Prepared foods were good and the prices were competitive. Definitely would go back.”

“Pharmacy is nice to me and helps when they can .. the only thing I would suggest is they order more medication than they do now because a lot of the time they are out of stock . I know it’s not their fault only Walgreens and gov regulations. Nice people there though:)”

“On 12/15/22 I had a dilemma. I was to play Santa Claus at my son's school within an hour and could not locate my beard. I went to cosmetic counter but knew nothing about cosmetics. Yelena was there to help find a solution to get my black beard white. She not only grabbed a bottle of Joy brite spray color but helped apply it for me and saved the day. Not sure if this employee celebrates Christmas but that didn't matter to Yelena. A year ago people were wearing masks and treating people like they had bubonic plague now this employees was giving a personal touch to her job description. WAY TO GO YELENA!!”

“I had an excellent experience shopping at Walgreens while returning multiple Amazon purchases with a fantastic & kind employee named Cam. Highly recommended.”

“Efficient and almost comprehensive service to administer IV antibiotics in home after hospitalization of my family member. Everything was prefect including follow up of care except that Kit to administer the IV antibiotics in home was missing the protective caps for the PICC line that would help to prevent blood stream infections. Fortunately for me I received caps from the hospital. My recommendation is for Option Care to always include the Protective Caps for Central lines or PICC lines in all their IV administration Kits.”

“I like this Publix. Parking is much better than a lot of other locations even though, yes, you are competing with the Target crowd. The service/ wait at the deli is better here than at the Shallowford location in terms of being able to keep space from people and not having a cramped waiting area. Lines are long at most Publix stores at peak lunch/ dinner times - it's just to be expected. The chicken, sandwiches, and sushi brought in are always fresh and tasty at this location. The workers are so friendly and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite locations besides the Lilburn/Rockbridge one.”

“I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and I’m a high risk patient who needed a prescription that I’ve missed for 2 days because I needed to get the prescription transferred over from Walgreens. I call CVS Pharmacy earlier today (September 18, 2023 @ 4:54pm) and spoke to a pharmacist who had a terrible attitude about helping me get my prescription transferred over. She tells me I need to call my insurance to confirm if they cover the prescription. I told her I already did that and I know it’s CVS (hence why I called them). Instead of her just looking me up in their system to see the information for the insurance, she was being lazy, with an attitude, and not doing her job. She proceeds to tell me I need to bring my card insurance info and asks for my name again and the Walgreens contact number. And also asks if I needed the prescription tomorrow. I told her I needed it today because again, I already missed it for 2 days. So she has me give her all of my info because she needed to create an account for me and asks what prescriptions I needed. So I tell her and then ask if she needed my insurance card info. She then proceeds to tell me she found it in the system. So earlier in the call, she was really about to make me hang up, go call my insurance just to see if CVS is my pharmacy and if the prescription is covered when I told her it would be and then she all of a sudden sees it in the system. This is why you as the employee shouldn’t have attitudes with the customer because you were completely wrong here. She tells me my prescription will be ready at 8:30pm. I get to CVS at 9:10 because I just ‘had a feeling’ and I wanted to make sure it was ready. I get there and I find out that my information isn’t in the system and my entire profile is blank -_- The employees who were on staff tonight took all the necessary steps to make sure I got my prescription within 25 minutes before they were closed for the night. CVS Pharmacy gets a 4 star review solely from Tyler (drive-thru attendant), Adeyemi, and Cristina for their profound, caring, attentive, and over-the-top service tonight. I would give them 1 star each but because of their dedication, they get an extra star for the “team” because 1 star has to be unrewarded for that terrible behavior earlier today from the previous staff member. So THANK YOU Tyler, Adeyemi, and Cristina for making my horrible experience turn into an amazing experience as a first time customer who can trust that CVS Pharmacy will take care of my prescription needs. You may have just saved 2 lives tonight, mine and my unborn son. My husband and I are truly grateful for you. Thank you <3”
