“I got stuck at home in Georgia during the pandemic while escaping NYC and I had to have a prescription refilled. Unfortunately, my doctor in NYC had sent the refill into my pharmacy in New York, and I was unable to get it. When I called Walgreens (sister pharmacy to Duane Reade which was my NYC pharmacy), they said it wouldn't be a problem at all to get my meds. I just had to go online and do an Rx transfer request.Lo and behold, after putting in this request online, my prescription was ready for pickup in 2 days. You really can't beat that. Especially during a pandemic when this was a daily medication that I needed to take.”

“This is the best Walgreens/pharmacy I’ve been to in a very long time. They’re always courteous and helpful when I have questions and they’ve even helped me find coupons/discounts for some of my Mom’s medications not covered by insurance. Appreciate the pharmacy staff here so much!”

“Publix is my go to for my pharmaceutical needs. No matter what city I'm in, if there's a Publix pharmacy, I'm going there. Although I will add, I miss my pooler location with a drive thru. It's so much easier to just drive up when you're not feeling well. Obviously with a pharmacy there's it much glitz and glamour but they do carry all your over the counter needs as well as several health supplements. Occasionally publix will run a sale in there app which makes it a good time to stock up on essentials I.e Claritin, Benadryl, ibuprofen. The price is usually really decent and then obviously you can use your FSA benefits. I have never really have any issues with them being out of my medication. If you have the Publix pharmacy app you can also get text notifications of when your meds are ready so you're not having to wait for them in person. I like that option. You can also request refills through the app as well, this is such a game changer! Service wise, honestly it's pretty hit or miss. They're not all necessarily nice with an exception of maybe the pharmacy manager and one other person I've encountered. This seems to be a trend at most of the locations. They can also be a little slow with getting your prescriptions together even when you do show up in person. All in all though, I do prefer the Publix pharmacy to other pharmacies and they do offer several options to make it convenient to get your medicine.”

“I've had nothing but good experiences with all of my past orders, but my latest order spurred me to leave this 5-Star review for your courier named Quincy M. He was delivering a medication for my daughter to her new on campus address at her college. Unfortunately, the address was leading him to the wrong place, so he called me to confirm location. When dropping at her dorm wasn't an option, I attempted to help him find the Student Mail Center, but in the end, we were unable to deliver it there. He went to 3 different locations before he could complete the delivery, which most people would have just marked it undeliverable, and taken it back to the warehouse. I am so grateful that there are still people out there willing to go the extra mile! Fantastic customer service! Thank you Quincy!”

“Starting off I would like to say during these Crazy Covid-19 times. If your looking for a pharmacy with impeccable customer service and kindness galore- look no further! The Publix in ABBOTTS VILLAGE is the place to be. I've been a long time die-hard Publix fan. But this place made me feel right at home. After falling ill and having to stay with family the pharmacist had all of my prescriptions that needed to be filled transferred from my home Publix. They offered to order my prescriptions pronto they didn't have it in stock. Even called the Publix up road to fill one that was time sensitive. (My experience there was 1/2 what I received at Abbott's Village.) Courteous and clearly passionate about their customers needs and health. I had great experience with both pharmacists and pharmacy employees. But pharmacist Boris went above and beyond I make me feel at home. Gave me great info on Covid antibodies test. I will say I'll be sad to go home but happy to be well enough to return home! I had very pleasant time shopping at this location and received great care in both seafood & produce department! (Did you know Seafood department will steam/cook shrimp to order and offer several seasonings ((including old bay)) After finished cooking they even found me into store so I didn't have to return to department! What service indeed! Whether ur a current resident of johns creek or visiting- THIS IS THE PUBLIX TO SHOP AT! A sincere thanks to ALL THOSE IN PHARMACY DEPARTMENT.”

“Excellent store! They have incredible service. I came in to buy a cane, and the manager told me to wait up front while he went to get it for me. He was incredibly kind and courteous. I had a glorious experience at Walgreens.”
