My credit card was recently stolen and I was instructed by the company called businesses and they would just refund the money, there also means that they would have to go back into their system and see if the money was spent there. This establishment refused to help. Their excuse was we thousand customers a day. Your card transactions are recorded electronically and should be on a system which would have date, time, and transaction amount. It takes a really scummy business owner to tell a person no, we won’t help when you allowed someone to make a purchase with a credit card without double checking the ID. So instead, I’ll be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Since you deal with 1000s of customers a day you would think that refunding me approximately $200 worth of my money would be nothing to you. Now it will be met with thousands of wasted dollars for being unkind.

Went to this gas station today (01/12/2024) sometime between 8:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M. to fill up, asked cashier to fill up on pump #5 and payed with a 25$ gift card. He repeated the pump number and did the transaction. Went out and tried to fill up, nothing happened. Checked the receipt. It said #9. Went back to ask. Cashier argued with me about what number I said rather than trying to correct the issue. Also #9 was a pump that wasn't working and hasn't been for a while. It was an inconvenient situation, and the cashier was rude.

Welcome to the biggest idiotic gas station attendant of all time! After my first two attempts at getting gas resulted in $0.70 worth and $0.22 worth of gas, the guy that said he doesn’t know anything because he’s filling in for an emergency from circle K tells me to try 3 separate other pumps. 2 of which do not accept cards so go back inside and the other that does not work. Then, the last pump that accepted card outside had a Toyota Rav 4 parked at it for 10+ minutes and after waiting long enough, I go in and see whose it is but there are no customers! Low and behold, it’s the original idiotic gas attendants car and he said there was no where else to park. There is literally an empty commercial building that is vacant with 15+ parking spots less than 20 ft from where he parked at a gas pump. Worst experience at a Shell gas station and any gas station, ever.
