I visited Suburban Medical Center (SMC) for my regular yearly physical check up, few days back. The nursing staff was friendly and prompt. Dr. Sunit Singhal, as always a great doctor who listens and take good care.

Our family has been going to the Suburban Medical Center for more than 10 years. My experience is that Dr. Sunit Singhal is one of the most patient and caring physicians I’ve met. The staff at the SMC, especially the nurses are exceptional.

Pre-pandemics, during pandemics and post pandemics - consistent amazing service across the board. My appointments always worked on time as well as emergency visits were also adjusted with reasonable wait time.Good to have a trusted care provider nearby.

Evertime I call as soon as they pick up they put you on hold for about 10 yo 15 minutes and when you hang up and call back they do the same thing agian like what's the deal I called one day to let them know I will be there 5:50 to pick up my prescription and she said ok I was there and they was all gone locked up and everything but the time say 6 pm ye all lies they close up early

The most disrespectful unprofessional staff I’ve ever experienced in my life! I’m reaching out to the BBB, some broad literally hung the phone up in my face! It’s not my fault you have to be at work at 8am!

Suburban Medical Center and Suburban Med Spa is amazing. Medically, they take great care of you and make sure you’re feeling better. I’ve seen all of the providers here and never have been disappointed. The spa side is so relaxing and welcoming. I love it here. Try them out.

I have been going to SMC for over 10 years. I love Dr.Sunit Singhal and Amber. My husband switched doctors and also goes to SMC. They PA’s, nurses and Dr. Singhal care about us and our health and that is not something that you see very often today. Sadly. I’m so grateful to have such a wonderful doctor and staff.

I’ve been going to Suburban for years. I can generally get in a day or two after calling for appointment. Staff is polite and thorough. I love Erin and love Marina and the staff at the Med Spa!

Been a patient since they opened. They are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn’t trust any other practice with my family’s health and well being. Everyone I have referred agrees!

I had my yearly physical last week and apparently if the dr. asks you if you have any issues you should answer that everything is great because if you say anything else they charge you extra money!!Yes, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw the bill.I already paid my copay for the visit so this is extra.Such a scam!!!

Worst medical facility ever. In addition to rarely being able to see a "doctor", they are non-responsive and horrible at providing feedback to medical tests. My last tests were taken because of extreme abdominal/back pain, blood in urine and constant diarrhea. The results were received by Suburban 3 weeks ago . I have called numerous times and all I get is that "they are still reviewing them and someone will call". Really?????? I plan to find a new family doctor. I do not recommend Suburban Medical.

Do Not bother being loyal to your Doctor after being a patience of this office for over 20 yrs, I can not even get my prescriptions in a timely manner, then he makes us come back every 3 months to pay $90 for am office visit just to pick up my medications that I have been taking over 2 yrs! The front office girls are a joke.The guy Son is the best person they have he is very polite, helpful and respectful. The PA’s are also very very nice and knowledgeable. It seems that Dr.Sunit Singhal is back in the office and Mico- managing the Staff. I ask to speak with him and they stated to make an appointment! Really soooo greeted these days. Then today I asked for an email and they said No. I will make sure that EVERYONE knows Not to come back!

Suburban medical center is my go to for any healthcare related issues. The staff is polite and extremely helpful, I am able to get in and out without any issues, the overall atmosphere is welcoming.
