Good selection but staff was rude and stand offish. I greeted the cashier and got no response at the end of the transaction she just tapped the card reader for my preference on reciept and basically shooed me away. Another cashier stood at the next register talking on her cell phone.

Great prices and they have amazing items, but never come here in a rush because they move EXTREMELY slow when it comes to checking out. Just make sure you come when it’s barely anyone inside, if possible because you’re definitely going to wait in the line the DMV because they have no sense of urgency whatsoever.

everything was fine until i got to the cashier…her tag said she was a “coordinator” but she did not say one word to me during the whole checkout. No greeting at least. She gave my party and I dirty looks. If you’re gonna be in management at least fake it.

The lady who opens the window doors for jewelry and high-end makeup things was SO rude. I hope they can hire someone better. She was irritated that I asked to open the door and when she did she grabbed the wrong one. I had asked to grab a different one for me and she started getting attitude. If you don't want to work there to do your job, then you should just do something else instead of ruining people's mood.

Amazing store!! I love ALL of the employees, especially Carly the homes coordinator, Jackie the manager, & Maria!! They were super helpful & friendly. They seem to have pride in their work. Belinda on the other hand, was super rude to the associates & seemed a little dingy. The store would be perfect if it weren't for the dirty bathrooms & Belinda. GET HER GONE!!!!!!
