The entire staff here needs to be fired and replaced go somewhere else and by the way they treat people that's what they want. Monique needs to be fired she's on a pretty high horse and full of incitement for a cashier at the post office

Stay away from this location everyone was rude and acted like you ruined there day by coming in and making them have to do a job they are paid for.

Very unprofessional. I come here today the door is locked but post office Google time is closed at 2:00 p.m. Came here yesterday to mail something while I was at the front counter standing directly in front of the lady instead of her acknowledging me working with me she's sitting directly in her phone on cash app in front of me. The previous week another lady was just yelling at everybody barking oedrers definitely need some type of leadership training and customer support training this is ridiculous cannot believe that these individuals work at a post office a very poor representation

This place is the largest example of why people do not use USPS if they dont have to. Nothing works for self service yet the employees push you to use it so they don’t have to help you and when they do be ready for full on attitude and rudeness for asking basic questions. On their phones talking trash about customers while you’re in line. Overall one of the worst post offices around with some of the rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with, avoid if you can.

Walk in and employees are on their phone blatantly ignoring 4 people in line. They are rude and couldn’t care less about actually helping. There’s only one lady there that is good at her job (short hair).

Went to get my passport . What a nightmare. I was discriminated against by Monique as soon as I walked in the door. The music was playing so loud I couldn’t hear my phone cal. Monique smelt like liquor and was clearly inebriated. Like she was drunk drunk . I asked for a supervisor after Monique told me she was confused and couldn’t help. As I waited for the supervisor, another clerk started gambling on the likely hood of me getting a passport.
Supervisor finally came to the desk but he was dressed in plain street clothes and was listening to music on his headphones. He may have also been drunk , but was definely just as confused as Monique . They started threatening me saying they were going to get me sent to federal prison. I barely even spoke had my assistant handling everything as they cut her off and talked to her disrespectfully in interjected in requesting them to let her speak. That’s when the post office turned into a jungle of anger and threatened violence . Not a single person in that facility today is qualified to work for a federal entity. I’ll be contacting my attorney .
Ok. An update. I filed a formal complaint. Only person who contacted me was jasmine from the office and she was rude and didn’t give me a chance to talk. She asked me what my issue was and as soon as I started speaking she told me to go get my lawyer and hung up. I have the calls recorded. she called me again . Harassing me . I now don’t feel safe and feel like they are tampering with my mail. This is a big problem. They should all be arrested if you as me . But formal conplaints don’t do anything obviously. Since the harassing contact was made today over the weekend , I’ll be submitting a formal complaint with the postal regulatories and contacting local news sources. This is rediculous unfair and dangerous. They are un stable and in total control.

I would select zero stars if it was an option. Since moving to Peachtree Corners I have had nothing but negative experiences with USPS. I am a frequent buyer on Amazon and my packages are often assigned to USPS for delivery. Rarely have my packages showed up when they were supposed to, or at all. USPS often claims they “attempted delivery” but couldn’t due to my home being inaccessible. What’s hysterical is they use that excuse EVERY time they are supposed to deliver something, even on Sundays, when the road is completely open and not one car is on the street. They have lost or simply never delivered the majority of my packages. Whoever delivers for USPS is clearly incapable of handling packages/being honest about actually attempting delivery. At this point it’s just laughable. Whenever I see Amazon has assigned my package to USPS I immediately know my package will most likely never show up. 0/10. Abysmal service.

Terrible this place, they had only one job of giving me a single package and they lost it, I have tried to ask about how the search is going and none gives me an answer, the lack of tolerance and respect are not part of this office, they are rude and do the job badly, terrible experience with this entity, I waited 8 months for that document and they lost it! What a lack of respect.

If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would have gladly done so. I have visited this location multiple times and none of them was a great experience. The unpleasant attitude and manners at this post office is appalling and despicable. I placed an order with a merchant that was supposed to be delivered by this location and the package was never delivered! The post master lied on the delivery date that “There was no access to the delivery location and that they will redeliver on the next business day”, which was absolutely untrue because the business was easily accessible and they delivered a previous order to the same address a few days prior. To cut the long story short, the USPS never attempted to redeliver my package at all. I contacted the number on the USPS website twice and was told that my package is still at this location. I decided to visit this office to claim my package on 2 separate occasions; only for the staffs to lie to me, claiming that the package was not at their location and the lead manager told me that since my name my not on the business address where I sent the package to be delivered to, hence why it was not delivered; which is a bold face lie and makes no sense at all! All they had to do was own up to their mistakes and be transparent with the whole situation, but they never did. Going forward, I will not be visiting this location anymore and they need to hire new staffs with better attitude and manners!

Rude customer service, asked a question and the woman kept talking over me. Was not helpful and didn’t listen to a single word I said. Will not be coming back.
