Mr. Reginald Haynes gave me an excellent customer service. He was so friendly and kind. He was willing to help me with all of my issues. He definitely needs a raise, he is such an excellent worker.

Bad customer service! A tall guy seem wasn’t welcome me to store. He didn’t explain what i need , he just stand there and wait until i ask him sth . BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would never come back to this location

If I could give a no star review I would they have the worst customer service ever it makes no sense on how I should be paying 300 plus dollars for internet and only internet . My bill has changed amounts on 4 different occasions it’s not worth it at all been dealing with this for 3 to 4 months absolute waste of money will never ever get xfinity service again

Terrible Service. One of the staff does not want to help you to solve your issue. He wants to do the minimum work he can and just tell you there is nothing he can do about it. If you are new xinfinity customer, i would consider again as their customer service is very poor. If you happen to have the issue, you can never get it resolved as noone wants to take charge of the issue and all they do is call back and forth with inside customer representatives who are in 3rd country.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I went end to upgrade just now, I'm leaving the store switching carriers. I just wanted a new phone, had an appointment at 10am, the rep was alone, indifferent and the manager came out, joked about an important call, then disappeared. Unbelievable

Was expecting a nightmare going to an Xfinity store. This place was actually super easy. All the staff was friendly, helpful and much more competent than a typical Comcast/ATT/Verizon type of store.

Ordered online for internet the night before, went the next morning right when they opened, there was a line outside but they easily signed everyone in and handled everyone’s business quickly and efficiently. I was there for only about 25 minutes even though I was the 8th person in line. When it was my turn, I told them I was picking up and order, and they immediately pulled it up, got it all ready for me, and I was able to walk out in 5 minutes! Thanks for an easy experience!

The store and staff are great. The actual connectivity is what’s terrible. So many outages and it’s oddly weird that every time there is an outage, there’s phone issues with customer service. I always get someone on the line when there isn’t a major issue, but when there is one….crickets. They stopped sending me notifications about planned outages as well or I get them a few hours after it starts. Makes it very hard to plan my work day around them. I’m on the fastest speed plan they have. It still underperforms. I can’t wait until AT&T fiber hits my area. I’ll be switching first thing. I’ll never recommend these guys to anyone. They’re the only option available in my area unfortunately.

The xfinity online support bots and the automated phone line is absolute garbage, impossible to work with and find a person to actually help.I cam into this physical location and Rhonda immediately helped us with exactly what we needed, it took little to no time, and she helped us Bundle and get whatever discounts we could through things like paperless billing. I'm very grateful for the employees here, they're easy to work with and clearly know what they're talking about.

The store in Peachtree corners is a fine place but the connectivity services is unreal, firstly no technician showed up on the time frame alloted for, secondly the chat service sucks it's not a person, then if you get a live person they are not here in USA, they are not helpful at all. The 3rd day I purchased my phone and switched to xfinity services, I'm already having issues with the services!!!

Called many times in regards to lack of connectivity in my area. Many phone resets, many hours with them. Issue is lack of towers as we have dead spots. Many promises to send an engineer to check it out and no luck. I’d stay away before you sign a long term contract.

Horrible experience trying to call your contact number, there is no easy way to even talk to a customer service rep to ask simple questions or connect with someone at your store directly. Pls bring back a direct agent picking up call.

Very nice staff. Walked in because of an outage in my area. The storm killed my wifi box. Came the next day to this store and walked in and out. 5 minutes tops. Good service. Cheers to y’all!
