If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I was given a car in poor condition, and after trading it in, the replacement car engine blew out shortly after getting it. Do they not inspect their vehicles before handing them over to customers? I’m extremely upset. To make matters worse, every time I call to speak with the owner, I’m told he’s not available. This experience has been beyond frustrating.

Illegally sold me a car that the state wouldn't let them title and put a tag on. After lying to me and letting me drive around illegally for 6 days risking a citation, they tell me they need the car back. Made me drop it off at their Pearson office leaving me stranded an hour away from home. Lost over $200 in the deal. Avoid this place like the plague.

Pulled into this business twice in 2 weeks to look at a car for my granddaughter and no one came out to help us so we just left. You would think a car lot would have a sales person to greet customers.

Be careful buying from them. You get 350 behind they send a repo guy after you in a car and then he chases you down cutting you off and trying to. Run you off the road to kill you I would. Not recommend buying. From them from the start we had motor issues then had to get a new transmission as well. We made are payments and missed one and they sent the repo people after us and the tried to kill my husband by running him into the ditch not to mention we had car sheild and if they would of. Filed it correctly we wouldn't have had to add a extra 100 to are car payment didn't even have car two mths

Do not deal with this lot. Definitely don't trust em to treat your wife right. We got a hummer from em ok. Sent my wife thinking they would do her right. Wrong. She road off with the hummer and a few days into having it the motor messed up went to skipping. We paid to have that fixed. Then the brakes went bad on it less than a month of having it. Had to replace all that and get more tires for it cause the tow end is out. Had the right front tire going bald. Fixed all that then it messed up again something about a rod bering. Wanting us to pay a payment on it to work on it. We haven't been able to drive it much. It's a lemon. Please be careful dealing with em. We are doing a law suite against em and will post updates on social media.
