I looked for a freedom snapper trailer for over a month. I called this place and asked if they sold freedom snapper trailers and they said yes. They gave me a price out the door for a freedom snapper trailer. The price was good so I went with a bigger trailer. I talked to Tara and the gentleman and paid $500 deposit. When I went to pick it up I drove 8 hours to Georgia. When I got there Tara and I walked around the trailer and I asked about the heavy duty door that I ordered as this one looked different from other freedom snapper trailers I had looked at. I paid cash and drove home with it and this was a 9 hour drive. The next morning I went out looking around it and saw it was a regular snapper they had ordered which I didn’t want. I called and talked to Tara and this call had a fancy answering service with all kinds of extensions etc. I knew the actual place was a mobile home type office with one person in it. She said I did not ask for a freedom trailer but that was the first thing I asked when i called the original time, was did they sell freedom snapper trailers. She said they order trailers there in Douglas, Georgia. When they receive the trailer they put the snapper stickers on them. Tara was to talk to the manager and call me back. This is the third day I have owned this trailer and I haven’t heard anything back. BE AWARE. If you place an order be “sure” of what you’re ordering and it is to your satisfaction. Craig was the nicest guy and the world. Took care of everything that I needed and ensured that I was familiar with all the trailers features and hook up requirements prior to leaving. Highly recommend Snapper trailers if you’re in the market.

My wife and I found Snapper trailers Inc on a Google search. We own a mobile detailing business here just outside the Savannah Ga area. We were looking online one night and saw a blue 5x8 that we were looking for. My wife called the next day and stated that she was interested in buying the trailer. The sale man stated that it just sold not long before we called. No big deal. The salesman Craig, was very helpful in finding us another one. My wife picked out the electric blue with the black out package and a few other upgrades. Craig had to order it. It came in pretty fast. I drove 2.5 hours to pick it up. When I met Craig in person, he was very friendly. I give them 5 stars. If we upgrade our fleet, I'll be back to buy a green or orange blacked out trailer. Thank you. God Bless!

Jessica helped customize my trailer to my exact specifications. The build process took longer than anticipated, but that is to be expected in the world we do business in these days. I searched the web for nearby auto travel trailers and Snapper Trailers popped up. I called and spoke with sales (Ms. Mallory). Upon speaking with Ms. Mallory, she had me sold just with her courtesy and respectfulness over the phone. She knew the product so well that I never second guessed her responses. Additionally, I communicated with Ms. Mallory several times to either add or change something on my order, Ms. Mallory immediately acted on my behalf and called the manufacturer to inquire about my request. In short, Ms. Mallory did a noteworthy job and I am extremely satisfied with my trailer. Thank You Ms. Mallory!

Very good people,we were very happy when we picked up the trailer. They went above & beyond to help with changing to the right trailer ball , helping change fuses on my truck so all the lights worked . They checked it all out for our travel back to Texas. Thank you, very pleased from Texas.

Needed a 8.5 x 24 trailer to relocate from GA to FL and my contact (Adam Weston) in Lake City FL worked with my travel plans to found me the best deal.Mallory Meeks at Pearson, GA worked with Adam to coordinate my arrival and delivery of requested trailer. The color (white and blue) and condition was what I was looking for.Although I arrived 15 minutes before closing time, Mallory processed my paperwork, completed the walk around AND personally hitched my trailer to ensure all electrical items worked. With a smile, Mallory did the work of two people. Thank you for your service.
