Excellent place to get a trailer. Responded to all my FB messages over talking to Rudy for 4 days. Answered all my questions. Quick and easy process. In and out hauling my trailer home in an hour! Definitely recommend these guys! Excellent service online and in person!

I ordered a custom 5x10 with added insulation and a roof vent. I was working with Craig throughout the order. He responded to emails within a few days, my trailer was complete and correct within 5 weeks, I drove from IL to GA to pick it up because I wanted the best price. I saw in another review that their trailer light didn't work, mine doesn't either but I didn't check it before I left the lot. I paid for a spare tire but had to go back for it since they forgot to put it in the trailer. They tried to hook up my trailer brake lights, couldn't, suggested a couple auto shops. Apparently the issue was that my car's previous owner had done something weird, but it was still a hassle spending 4 hours going to 6 auto shops before someone could hook up my lights properly. I would buy from them again, though. Still the best trailer for the best price.

Upon arriving to pick up my trailer all the way from Texas to Georgia where the factory is, they were friendly. But when we went to view the trailer we immediately saw our trailer was NOT according to contract! It was mentioned and they disregarded us. And when the trailer light didn't work, we made a HUGE stand on that and MADE them replace it. They said they would give supplies to replace the HUGE hole in the back wall but we would have to travel to another 4 hours to another one of their client facilities to pick up supplies. They never delivered to that facilities, that facilities said they remember hearing about it but never received anything. They said they would do it again and let me know, and this was in August 2019 and it is now Jan 2020. HUGE disappointment! Last time I checked a contract is to be legally binding. We have physical evidence of the contract being broken.

Ordered a 5x10 trailer from Snapper Trailers (also called Georgia Made Trailers - they keep changing the company's name because they sc people) on June 5 and paid the $500 nonrefundable deposit. I was told the trailer would be built by the factory in 4 to 5 weeks. It's now almost 8 weeks later, still no trailer, and no one at the company will pick up the phone, return my calls or voicemails, or respond to my emails. At this point, I have no choice but to move forward with contacting the Georgia Secretary of State business license office to report that I have been defrauded by this company. I will be seeking to recoup my $500 as well.
