However the store associate Marcus pointed out to me that the two batteries I bought were the extreme one with a 3-year warranty so we began the arduous process of trying to look up because I did not have the invoice when I bought the batteries handed up spending probably 15 to 20 minutes just looking through our account purchase history until we found the two batteries I bought on December 8th of 2024. He the covered two brand new batteries for me. He didn't have to do this. He didn't have to go above and beyond to take care of me but he did. That's the kind of service that builds loyalty respect and positive word of mouth.
