Much better than I expected. Apria was quick to reach out and make initial contact by phone and email. The make it easy to reach a real person to speak with and answer questions. They are very friendly and courteous throughout the process. The equipment delivery was quick and expert help is available by phone and app to get setup quickly. My only disappointment has been in Apria's practice of not communicating future billing amounts for equipment leasing in writing. When asked several times, they were not willing to provide future billing amounts in writing, but only estimated and non binding amounts verbally. However, the patient agreement includes a binding commitment to pay the afore mentioned "estimated" billing amounts. This is the reason for 4 stars and not 5.

My order for a replacement mask that I really need was lost by UPS. I’ve notified Apria and asked that a replacement mask be sent. I have no reply to my email or voice message in 3 days. Apria knew from the start I needed the mask stat but follow up is terrible.

They are very very friendly and prompt too...if there is going to be a delay they call...very informative about their items when they deliver...they answer all the questions and set up is quick for the most part ..thank you All for being wonderful

I have found Apria Healthcare overall good. The personal have been cordial and helpful. However, communication has seemed a problem, though I am not sure whether that is Apria's fault or my Doctor's lack of communication. The Luna G3 APAP (LG3600) works well and has improved my sleep quantity and quality. I do think the heated hose could be improved in flexibiliity and simplicity of cleaning (I could turn the full face mask more easily with the Resmed heated hose and I could just place it completely in the water with out worrying about the electrical connection.I also wish that the Luna products were made in the United States instead of China. Thank you for allowing this review

Great well informed service. support person was very friendly and worked to get the products I specifically needed to me with very little difficulty. I am now receiving my supplies at about 1/3 of the price I was paying. Thank you so much.
