My dog, Walter, has been going to her since he was a pup and she has always been so sweet and patient - even when he used to be skittish about the whole grooming process, including having his nails trimmed with the dremel. Now - he's a champ - thanks to Victoria! He always comes home looking so handsome, smelling so good and is so soft! She's the best!”

“I got Gizmo Izabella from Tri-Creek in October of 2010. Chris took good care of us when we got her. Gizmo had an amazing life. She was with us for 15 years. She was my service dog. When I lost her in August 2025. My heart broke into a million pieces. I met with Chris this weekend. I am planning on going back to get a new puppy towards August and I can’t wait to see what Chris will have for me. Ready for a new service dog.”
