I moved into The Blakely about a month ago and hands down it was a really great choice. The property is new but still very well kept and extremely peaceful. The office staff is great and always really friendly and eagar to help when needed. I love the manager Thai she is absolutely amazing super responsive and professional. If you are looking for a place to call home trust me this is it! You won't regret it.

We came to Tour this Community today for a potential future move in and just Wow! This property is absolutely gorgeous and far exceeded our expectations… Everything was just so beautiful from the leasing office, the amenities and apartments themselves. The room sizes a huge plus! Great finishes and to top it off the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.
We got to meet the Manager Thai, who was super upbeat, very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the community. She answered some additional questions we had and made us feel right at home. Hands down one of the nicest places I have toured and The Blakely will be our future home… Move in is set for next month (so excited)!

I’ve been living here for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The apartment is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The management team is incredibly friendly and responsive, always addressing any concerns or requests quickly. The location is perfect! The entire complex is peaceful, clean, and feels like a true community. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch place to call home!"

Always has something going on either with police being called all the time or trash in the pinestraw and grass.not luxury living at all. It's a scam All the trim inside the apartments are painted rough there are screws in between all the decks boards It is very poorly put together you can hear every conversation the people above you and below you have and yet they call this luxury living it's because the person that part the title on it has never truly lived luxury they don't know what that is they just threw the title on there to deceive you and to get you paid more money a month It will tow your car if you are not able to afford it yet there is a panther cargo van that has been sitting for months unmoved not been towed trash cans are overflowing they really need to update the facility because they built more units than what their dumpsters can handle because their money hungry
When you ever you contact the management team directly they are unable to handle things because they've been handcuffed by their corporate office and nothing will get taken care of in the proper channels so be wary of where you actually lease check out all the details ask questions talk to residents You will find out the truth easily

We just recently moved here but have been loving it so far! We worked with Jessica who made this the most smooth experience possible and did everything in her power to help us! I did have to request service once but it was only to turn the heat up on the water and the maintenance crew fixed that super quickly and even answered any questions I had that weren’t related to the maintenance request. Overall it has been such a great experience!

They never answer the phone. I would say 98% of the time that I call the front office. No one answers the phone. When we moved in we were told the club house would be open 24/7. That’s what the lease is now they have hours for the gym and are locking the doors where we can’t enter the club house at all during certain hours. You can hear everything doesn’t matter what floor you are on it’s horrible. Have horrible neighbors that beat on the ceiling and walls office does nothing about it. Trash is all over the place all the time they never clean hallways they never clean the grounds dog poop is everywhere. The girls in the office are rude and disrespectful. Neighbors slam doors banging on the ceilings and walls screaming at the top of their lungs where I could hear every word they said using heavy machinery . The majority of the people that live here are horrible. The potty stations for the dogs need to be cleaned regularly. But they never are. They never have potty bags. We pay for trash service and 99% of the time they don’t even pick up the trash. You email the office they never respond. . It’s impossible to get anyone to answer the phones . If u need something and go in person they talk down to you and are rude(management). cars that have been wrecked and clearly not drivable parked in the same spot for over a year. Trash compactor has hundreds of trash bags on the ground. Do yourself a favor dont move here. The owners needs to fire everyone.

This property is stunning! The clubhouse is absolutely incredible! Jessica has been awesome to work with and all of the staff seem very friendly! I really felt at home and liked that this is such a pet friendly community!

What a gem! The place just feels clean plus the clubhouse, pool, and gym are way better than I expected! Jessica has been great to work with. She made me feel welcomed from the beginning and so patient with all of my questions!
