My mother went to get an oil filter and an oil additive and left with nothing. She told me about a bossy woman behind the counter barking orders to the staff that couldn't even help her find Lucas Oil Stabilizer or an oil filer. A young man tried, but could not seem to find anything. Why are there parts stores staffed with people that can help you find parts? If you don't want to help someone, get out of customer service. If you cant staff your stores with knowledge people that want to help, get out of management. I've been loyal to AAP for years but I'm better off shopping online or Walmart for that matter. A customer at Walmart help my mother find what she needed. A complete stranger at Walmart gave her the best customer service. Just to be clear. Perry ,GA May-3-2024 3:45-4:00pm

I arrived on a dark, rainy Friday night and Michael could not have been kinder. He looked up the proper battery and installed it in my car cheerfully. After having been stood up by AAA for two days (!), he restored my faith in humanity.

Save yourself the trouble and drive an extra 15 minutes to go to a Warner Robins location. I've gone multiple times to this location and every single time they have been rude after I ask for something or help. They don't have any knowledge of what all they have in store.
