“I recently took my granddaughter's car to Louiebuilt Automotive, and as a woman, bringing a car into a shop, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and respected I felt. I felt the owner was incredibly kind and professional and took the time to clearly explain everything about the condition of the car. He was patient informative and made sure I understood all the details. My husband has used this shop in the past and has always been very pleased with the service and now I completely understand why. “I am totally impressed with customer service I received from ALM Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR) located in Perry, GA. They opened their business on time. They greeted me with kindness. They responded to the needs of my 2025 Ram 1500 Tungsten 4x4 with updates to the computer system in my Ram 1500 on December 11, 2025, and December 13, 2025. The wait time was very minimal. They told me to come back and visit them if I needed anything else done to my Ram 1500. The front desk Representatives and Technicians were nice, polite, and respectful. I sincerely thank you ALM Ram located in Perry, GA for their expertise work done to my Ram 1500. I will be back, but this time on an appointment basis. Driving it!!!”
