I felt the owner was incredibly kind and professional and took the time to clearly explain everything about the condition of the car. He was patient informative and made sure I understood all the details. My husband has used this shop in the past and has always been very pleased with the service and now I completely understand why. He did the work quickly, found a couple of issues which I had suspected needed attention like the battery being very old and needing replacement in the near future.
I normally have taken the car to the dealership, but thought I would try a local shop for a change. Really glad I did. To say the charges were less expensive would be a huge understatement. I don't know the exact savings, but my guess is about 1/4th what the dealer would have charged, and I think I'm being nice to the dealership when I say this. Was likely far bigger savings.”
