“They always go above and beyond for their customers. They diagnose for free and replace certain items for free as well. My car was having trouble starting. They found that it was my battery and after buying a new one. They took care of replacing it for me for free!! I definitely reccomend oriely for your quick diagnostic and battery needs.”
“This is the only part store I use. They're pretty knowledgeable and always tend to find anything I need regardless as to how difficult a part is to find. All employees are very patient and friendly and their main focus is to help assist their customers which is a huge plus in my opinion. If you're going to a part store then chances are your already having a rough day and the last thing you want is rude customer service that's impatient with you. This place hasn't ever made me feel as if I were a burden on their day so 10 stars if I could give it but I'll settle for 5 since it's all they offer. Highly recommend over all others.”
