I hate that my insurance requires me to go here. It's dingy. Poor customer service from the front to the pharmacy. Go to Walgreens if you can a few blocks over. CVS is not what it used to be.

The pharmacist were great. My daughters pediatrician didn’nt call in the prescription and they let me know to contact them. Now the stubborn ear infection is no more!

Went in CVS around 1:40 p.m Feb 4 and there was a fat blonde female at the pharmacy. She refused to help me. She's extremely rude. She has been in the pharmacy dept for many years. Don't understand how they would let someone like that manage the pharmacy. CVS must be really hard up for help. She's no help at all.

When I got to the pharmacy, I said I needed to pick up some prescriptions. There was a long pause where she just stared at me Then the woman, who according to the receipt, Jessica, said to me in a mocking tone: "You name?" To which I then replied, "Oh... we're gonna play this game? I'm sorry I don't know how to 'CVS'. I apologize." A customer should never be made to feel like an idiot because they don't "know the drill" Your name tag less lady in the pharmacy, Jessica if the receipt is correct, made me feel that way. I've never had a good experience here. I've always felt unwelcomed. It's a shame that I have to get my medications at CVS. I might start going to Warner Robins just to avoid the pompous attitudes.

Spanish Lady with the nose ring sucks.I've returned many amazon purchases here and now I'm being told I'm not allowed to unless they are prepackaged? Even though amazon said no box no reciept and to drop it off at this exact location The lady was not very helpful or friendly.

If I could give this store pharmacy a zero I would. Several times now the customer service at the drive-thru has been lacking. We have a medication that we ALWAYS have an issue getting refilled and tonight we were told by Jennifer that it was on back order. We asked when it would be in, we were given a shrug and told when it gets here...it gets here. Do people just not take pride in the work that they do anymore? I understand that if it's on back order we have to wait but I would have liked to have seen her at least to try and find an answer for us... so disappointing ?

I got out of hospital and they were so helpful and kind to fill my prescription I had spine surgery and needed the pain medication they saved me even though it was on their break time they still helped

121221I am a long time customer of the CVS store in Perry, GA and I love that store but there are a few problems that seem to bring the store down. The main Pharmacist Heather is not good when it comes to customer service and she acts like this is just a job and not her professional career. There have been a few young Pharmacists over the years that have been friendly and made me feel welcomed when I visited the store. I have met more new Pharmacists over the last 5 - 6 years than I can count. I thought maybe the Pharmacist didn't like being in a small city but I now believe that the Pharmacists left because they didn't like working with Heather. The techs have changed a lot recently. I was used to seeing regular faces a few years ago, but now I only see one or two faces that I recognize now. There are new faces in the Pharmacy and I can live with that, but there is one face or person that I don't miss seeing and it is Heather. I was told that she doesn't work many days in the Perry store but I think they should get her out of this store permanently. Maybe more of the employees will stay instead of leaving. I'm sure CVS doesn't take customer feedback seriously but I figured I would at least say something.Update 032322Another Pharmacist has left this store. I guess Heather ran another Pharmacist off. I don't know who her supervisor is but they must be turning a blind eye to Heather's flaws as a leader or maybe her supervisor is afraid of her but most companies would not still have her in a leadership role for a big company like CVS.
