There are two handicapped spaces in this lot, yet the Enterprise employee chose to block the only open one while she had a customer fill in paperwork and finalize details. I had to use a regular space to unload my disabled child into his wheelchair. When I said something about the car needing to move, the employee did not look up or acknowledge me. The attached photos are of the aforementioned rental car. Not only is this unacceptable -- it's also illegal.

Was sent here by Roadside assistance in July. The office opened 45 minutes late. The manager pawned me off to another location and insulted a coworker from the other location to me. Very unprofessional and didn’t fulfill their obligation to replace my vehicle which I paid extra coverage for.

Great customer service. I felt welcomed and noticed. Staff was talkative and attentive. Quick processing. They were adamant about knowing about my employer which felt a bit intrusive.

Horrible service. Completely disorganized. Can't get anyone to answer a phone to make reservations, but then they cancel reservations at different locations. Promise cars at one time and never have them ready

After being stranded by our personal vehicle 150 miles from home we walked into Enterprise Rent A Car, rented a compact/economy car for $84.75 and had a additional $200 drop fee added, which we thought was a little high, got home and used the Enterprise Rent A Car app web site and saw the same car rental a little cheaper with a $50 drop fee, after posting the local and area manager reduced the fee to the web rate, thank you!

They have great teams people who know what they are doing. They also want you to know how important you are to them. It was the first time I rented from the Perry, GA location and they have a lot of great staffing and experience.

I reserved a vehicle online from them 24hrs in advance which was listed as available. I arrived an hour early on day of pickup and was told it wasn’t available and that I could upgrade to another more expensive vehicle at my own cost. Why should I have to pay more to upgrade to something when your own website said an item was available and ready?I left without a vehicle only to be called 30min before they close to pick up my originally reserved vehicle.If the vehicle is not on the lot it should not be listed as available, simple as that.I will not use them again.

Recently had to Rent-A-Car because of needing repairs to a personal vehicle. The shop got done early with my vehicle so I didn't need the rent a car anymore so I went to return it 2 days early only to find that this Nationwide company is closed not only for January 1st but also January 2nd. I mean that's fine whatever. I tried calling the number to let them know that I was dropping the car off two days early and seeking to get a refund for the two days I didn't need it and could not get through to anyone at all. After about a week somebody called me asked me was I satisfied and I tried to tell them hey we didn't need the car the entire time can you refund me the money you can see on the camera that you have outside the exact day and time that I dropped it off and they refused.

This branch is unprofessional and NEVER answers the phone. I called at 4:30 and when they answered I was immediately placed on hold without even a greeting. At approximately 4:59 the branch hung up the call. I called right back but the automated system said that the branch was closed. This location never answers the phone and it is frustrating.

Good car rental office, staff is usually very friendly and always provides solutions, the cars they have a relatively new and in good conditions. The only down side is that the office is in Perry, so very few cars are available most of the times, and one way rentals are kind of more expensive than in other cities.

Already super disappointed in this location. Reserved a car almost a month prior. I was called a day before telling me it would not be ready and they would call. They did not call. I called and they told me they didn't have a car available and a manager would call back. Manager did not call. Just a bunch of excuses and no help at all. Really awful.Update: after 4 1/2 hours of waiting I continue to call and no answer. So I go into the store and I am told I can go to the Watson location to pick something up.
