My husband went to return a stroller to Nordstrom via this FedEx location. They wouldn’t accept it because they couldn’t carry it. So, maybe if you have a larger package - go to a different location.

A quick and nearby/convenient place to do FedEx returns, instead of trying to go somewhere out of the way to find an actual office location. In addition, one can take care of other needed items in the store as well. Ample accessible parking.

Very helpful staff walked to my car, picked up pkgs & even brought them back to my car for me since I didn't realize I had a pick-up label

They take packages here but not to FedEx standards... Not helpful at all..
