I made a service appointment and they had it in and out in less then an hour! Couldn’t have asked for better service. Brandi was amazing in helping explain stuff about my car and making sure I knew everything they did! I left there feeling great about my vehicle thanks to Brandi!

I can’t say enough great things about Hamby. I’ve purchased 2 cars from there. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. The service dept is the best around. Ask for Brandi she was on top of all my issues, answered all my questions, with the best personality.

She took the time to explain a common issue with my vehicle and provided helpful advice in a way that was easy to understand. Her knowledge and professionalism really stood out — she clearly knows her stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers. Before you buy from here, call their service department and find out how backed up they are on repairs . It’s always at least two or three weeks . I also spoke with Brandi today who explained that they are” Contracted with Gmc “ But not an official But not an official Gmc Dealership and they are not obligated to work on covered repairs Dealership and they’re not obligated to work on covered repairs. I live in Perry and have never gotten service successfully here. Every time I call or come by I hear a story about how busy they are and how they are two or three weeks out on anything that they can do.Twice I actually had an appointment and when I get there I heard the same story about how busy they are and may have to come back another time.

DO NOT take your car to Hamby for services. The mechanic do not know what they are doing and will ruin your working properly fine vehicle. Also, Brandi Gunnels has the worst customer service.

Car dealerships, usually cause some anxiety for me. I made an appointment with Brandi and I can't speak highly enough about my experience. Not only did she explain everything before doing anything, but she made it her mission to put me at ease. Great job Brandi, the Watkins family appreciate you and your dedication. More dealerships should have people like Brandi. Above and beyond all expectations. We will be using Ms. Brandi and the Hamby feom now on. Thank you again

Not the place to go for service appointments. Hamby offered us an appointment time over a month from now for an urgent issue. Luckily a DIFFERENT dealership got us in same day, had the part sent overnight, and we were able to get our family car back the next day.

Went in to get an oil change and order new PZeros for my Camaro. Walked in to service department no one greets there were two people sitting in the service office talking. They paid no attention to me even when i stood there. Went to sale floor to make sure service was open. They were, just appears they dont want my money.
Update: you say I drove dangerously, not true once I left your parking lot I picked up speed, you said the service person, technician and older (not sure what age has to do with anything) gentleman were discussing his repairs in the service department. There were only two people in the department other than the two kids playing in the second office. But you have your opinion and I
have mine.

Greatest car buying experience ever, from ladies in the office to the owner! Salesman Justin was extremely helpful and patient trying to explain to an old lady all the fancy technology on my new car. He even came by my office a week later to check if I was still happy with my purchase (YES)! Everyone was super nice and pleasant to work with. Will definitely recommend Hamby Automotive Network.
