Only 2 stars because the lady at the front was super sweet and made my appoint easily. When I got there, i felt like a complete bother to the lady who was going to do my taxes, so i decided to leave and wont be back.

They are all very nice people there. Unfortunately this year trying to find where our direct deposit refund went. after going to our bank manager and showing her our tax return, she saw that the rep in HnR Block had left out the last digit on our bank account number. Unfortunately this year we chose to have the service fee deducted from our refund. Our bank rejected the direct deposit because of this and sent it back to HnR Block. Now we have to wait for a check to come. This was why we have direct deposit. Don't like worrying about checks. Sorry, we will find another tax place next year.

3rd year with H and R Block now. Always a great experience from the time Ms. Carolyn schedules our appointment until the time we meet Stephanie Graham, our Tax Professional, to sign the forms and pick up our copies. Great customer service!

Absolute incompetence the other reviews must be fake they had no idea what they were doing you might as well do your taxes at home, they scheduled me to do my taxes and then they said they couldn't do that because it was beyond there level of expertise well if so do your taxes at home and save yourself the trouble
