Went to buy a jeep wrangler . went into talk to sales person they said “5 minutes for sales manager to look over the trade in.” It turned into an argument between all the sales staff outside on who was getting what sale. while waiting for sales person to comeback inside, decided that it was a circus and take business someplace else. Too much drama to deal with when spending tens of thousands of dollars. Y’all need to have these disagreements behind closed doors not on the curb with a sale waiting inside. Unprofessional and trashy.

Worst experience Iv ever had with with a dealership. If I could give zero stars I would. It started off great. Drove 160 miles down there got a hotel for the night went over the very next morning to pick up a jeep that we had discussed over the phone purchasing. Test drove it everything was fine. When we went to pull off for the 160 miles back home. We noticed a rocker tick. I went back inside and spoke with will. They ASSURED me they would take care of it. I told them I would not buy it if they couldn’t fix it. They SWORE they would cover the cost. Drove back home and dropped it off at the local dealership they wrote up a bill for $2700 for new rockers and cam shafts. I called the warranty and after they looked at it they didn’t approve it due to over sized wheels and tires. Which I purchased the jeep as it was. I called down there and spoke with will and the finance manager. Again they swore they would take care of it. Matter fact I have called down there several times with no call back or offer to help. Not to mention we put 3k down and had to pay for the repair our self which was $2700 and all of this was two weeks before Christmas. Grimy POS IN MY BOOK

Have been a customer of Jeff Smith ram since 2017. Purchased a 3500 Longhorn Limited from Anson Booker and the service could not have been better. Actually drove paperwork to me at hunting camp on a weekend so that I wouldn't miss out special financing. Overall they went above and beyond. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Lee Higdon

I had a great experience, especially with Charity and Blaike, purchasing my new Jeep Wrangler. I drove over 4 hours from central Florida and they made my trip more than worthwhile by putting me in my dream Jeep. The whole team was very professional and worked with me all along the way.

My customer number was 146356, Please stay away from the service department at this dealership. My son and I was quoted over $1000 for a diagnostic and $271 for a battery. I told them over the phone that I never heard of charging someone this amount for a diagnostic, so I said we will just pay for the battery. Got to the dealership and a guy name Austin, who is their supervisor, was very rude to me, he even told me he would not accept my check nor credit card as payment and I had to pay with a debit card. And I know they take credit cards!!! I will not use the words he told me because I have filed a complaint about this. Please spend your money to a dealership that treats you kind and will not cheat you!

Horrible customer service. Horrible management. Horrible service department especially the KIA service department. Shop anywhere accept here. I have bought 5 cars from this location and they used to operate better but these past year they have been Horrible. No need to complain to anyone it's pointless. Was promised a free complimentary oil change at purchase and they didn't even honor that. Salesman never came to see what I wanted concerning this matter.

Service members are fantastic ! I love Jeff smith in Perry. They do a wonderful job everytime and get everything done in a timely matter. They’re quick to answer any of your questions and get your needs met. Caleb and Dominic at the service desk are great with people. Love them.

The best dealership in middle Georgia, they are all around very good with with taking care of your needs. Service department is great as well on doing everything your Dodge needs. The only dealership I will go to for life. Charity is a great sales lady as well.

Service department doesn’t follow through on warranty part orders. You have to call the parts department and see if your part is in. I expected better from Jeep.

Take jeep in to have warranty work look at 4 wheel drive. They decided to change fluids in 4 wheel drive and want to charge me 684 .00 without even asking ahead of time

Their service left a lot to be desired. We've been there a few times in the past year and a half. What prompted this review is how well a competitor's service department was today. At Jeff Smith, both times we were there, they told us it would be about an hour for the service. It took well over two hours both times. But what stood out the most was how filthy this place was. Especially the service department waiting room. It was unbelievable. Ground-in dirt and filth in the tile grout and corners, nasty, marred-up walls, worn-out, cheap, nasty furniture. The bathrooms were so bad, we decided to hold it... LOL
