For the employee that was mistreated today by her manager or supervisor here please use this link, they were clearly hostile and unnecessary rude and humiliating to you. I Don’t wonder why your employees quit anymore, the managers are the problem like you already don’t pay enough but treat your employees like dogs. ?♀️

Went there yesterday for husbands Covid vaccine and the Pharmacy people couldn’t have been nicer. The pharmacist who gave my hubby his shot was very caring, informative and took his time to explain everything. Thank you sir.

Violet at the Customer Service Center was extremely rude and disrespectful. Violet was walking out of the center to leave it unattended when I showed up. She was disgusted to see me because she really wanted to go somewhere else. Her face had a look of disgust like she was really aggravated to have to help me. I tried three times to cheer her up with some comments on how hard her day must be going, but she didn't respond at all. When I gave Violet the items to return she said she couldn't help me because they were purchased by Kroger online. She called her colleague Tara to help, but Tara was just as unhelpful stating online purchases couldn't be credited at the customer service counter. Neither rep gave me information or procedures on how to return the items. They both appeared too busy to help and clearly not customer focused. They seemed more interested in doing other things. I have never had a more unhelpful experience at a Kroger store. I would recommend Violet and Tara be fired at worse, disciplined at best and given substantial customer service training if they can be redeemed at all. I will not shop at this Kroger store again. I generally have good experiences at Kroger. Sometimes I have bad experiences, but none like today. Violet was disgusted and aggravated, rude and bothered. Tara was likewise unhelpful. No indication at all that they were concerned or wanted to help resolve my issue which was a simple customer product return. Today I was an extremely dissatisfied customer and it was a customer service disaster for the Kroger brand and Kroger reputation.

I donated a few bucks, got him a water and sandwich. Hopefully my posting gets him assistance and not evicted. I did share with him first, so he undersood and was supportive of my posting to fb in hopes of helping.
