Come on Kroger, you can do better. The produce was so rotten, even if I was tempted to buy it I couldn't have gotten to it because stock carts were in the way everywhere I turned. The only reason I came in today was to buy fresh produce. I actually believe Walmart had fresher lettuce than you and that's not a compliment to Walmart

This has to be one of the WORST experiences I've Ever had at a Kroger. I came her on Thursday afternoon, got 10 items, and went to self check out. After I scanned all 10 items the machine said that 10 were scanned and it would not let me continue to check out. So that's when a Young Black girl comes over with an attitude and says, " Can you move"‼️ That's when I tell her if you can't ask me Nicely or say "EXCUSE" me then I'm now Moving, simple as that‼️ I told her that's NOT how you talk to customers especially when people like me keep you with a job‼️‼️ of course a little white boy comes over sounding like Lil Whyte (??) Trying to explain to me that's its her and a white woman job to watch customers at self check out and I told him that's not my issue!! My issue is the black girl stand in my face telling me that " Can you move⁉️ She didn't have to disrespect me but she felt like she Could??♂️‼️ ?'s like her Don't deserve to be working with the public‼️ Once I my items were verified No one apologized for the big confusion or the number of items being correct ‼️ I wouldn't go back here, i can spend my money elsewhere ‼️

We were in this store Friday evening (3/22/24), and while using the self- checkout had issues with the digital coupons. Charlene went above and beyond helping us ( explaining and walking us through the process) Thank you Charlene!!

I usually try not to complain but I am at my limit. Every time I use self check out and have the coupons that were sent to me to redeem from Kroger's the older lady Ms. Beverly has a problem with it. I'm not sure if it's because it's so early or she just grumpy. Either way, we all have good and bad days but the energy and customer service I received is unacceptable.
