It provided us what we were looking for a short term storage solution. Getting keys and locks were somewhat difficult as communication wasn’t great with the call center. But once we got in touch with the maager there everything was great.

I've had my unit for 5-6yrs. The price increases every year with no extra security or amenities. Right now, there is an unlocked/unlatched door for anyone to gain access to my climate controlled unit. I was told 3yrs ago by the previous manager, Jonathan, that keypads were to be installed at the entry points. They never 6 my monthly rates keep increasing. The units are not lit at night & the gates are broken weekly. Don't bother trying to get any resolutions from the newest employee, Travis. He says enough to pacify you without resolving any issues. He can usually be found outside the facility playing with his supped up 90s model car.
