Lisa and the staff at the Perry branch are great. The only thing I see is the drive thru lady needs stand up when waiting on customers instead of staying in her chair.

I'm not from Perry but had to find an ATM. I pulled into this one. I started my withdrawal ($5 fee ?) and as soon as my money was about to dispense, the entire atm system shut down, with my card still inside. I got the bank tellers attention and told her the atm crashed with my card stuck. She rudely says, "there's nothing you can do until next Wednesday when maintenance comes, call your bank". Of course I got upset she was rude and couldn't care less. I pulled my car around to the entrance to go inside and ask for a number or something because I didn't know if it rebooted someone was going to get $505.00 of free money. This lady locks the door! I've never been treated this way in my life. I served active duty Army for 10 years and was treated like a criminal. Horrible bank and even worse employees.

Jason worked with my husband and I for almost one year while we were trying to purchase land. He would talk/text with us at any time of the day to answer our many questions. He was awesome to work with!

Bob Way and Jason Lord went way above and beyond to help us! There is no reason to use any other bank! These people are the best we have found in 33 years in the real estate business. You really must give them a try.
