“Usually, I never have any issues but when I do, it's always a big deal. The first time, they lost my textbook for school in the mail but someone went out of their way to find it and bring it to me, for which I'm grateful. But yesterday, they shoved 3 packages in my mailbox. I could hardly get them out because of how tightly they were packed. There were two hats in there that are now all bent out of shape. I'm really frustrated with the fact that they very well could have just put the packages on my porch instead of trying to see if they could make them all fit.”

“Love the ease of this post office. It's a small post office with one staff member. It is rarely busy. They do have a lunch hour blocked off from 1-2p, so as long as you are aware of that time frame you will most likely have little to no wait time.”
“I rarely write reviews and this location is one that truly deserves a good review for their customer service, I have been to the one on Russell and I regretted going there. The employees here are very helpful and excellent customer service.”

“Had an issue that caused my mail to get held/forwarded without my consent. It was not the post Office fault either. The front counter staff and my mail carrier Tameka immediately helped resolve this issue and get us our mail. I am thankful for their help and great customer service even when we showed up very frustrated and upset. Thank you for your patience, kindness and understanding.”
