“Usually, I never have any issues but when I do, it's always a big deal. The first time, they lost my textbook for school in the mail but someone went out of their way to find it and bring it to me, for which I'm grateful. But yesterday, they shoved 3 packages in my mailbox. I could hardly get them out because of how tightly they were packed. There were two hats in there that are now all bent out of shape. I'm really frustrated with the fact that they very well could have just put the packages on my porch instead of trying to see if they could make them all fit.”
“Went in and was looking to grab a package transferred from UPS. Worked with Mario who was innovated with customers and if I’m going to give a negative review, it’s for the people he had to deal with. He stayed professional as did the postmaster when the issues flowed over to him. In the end, he grabbed my package for me and remained professional while customers were a little on edge for the things outside of his control. Well done Mario and Bonaire post office.”
