Quality Inn National Fairgrounds Area offers a range of amenities and services to its guests. The hotel features an indoor pool, which some guests found to be enjoyable, though the water was reported as being cold. The hot tub, on the other hand, was a mixed bag - while the water was hot and comfortable for swimming, the lack of jets was a disappointment for some guests who had experienced more feature-rich hot tubs elsewhere. The rooms at the Quality Inn are described as small but well-equipped, with amenities such as a microwave, mini-fridge, AC/heater, iron, coffee maker, and more. The beds are reported to be very comfortable, and the rooms generally clean, with clean floors and carpeting. The AC is said to work well, and the shower provides good water flow. The hotel's breakfast offering is praised, with guests enjoying the hot items like eggs and sausages, as well as the selection of other items like cereal, waffles, and pastries. The staff, particularly the managers, are described as very friendly and helpful, and they maintain the hotel's grounds and common areas well. However, not all guest experiences were positive. Some rooms were reported to have issues, such as a broken bathroom door handle, a sink that wouldn't drain, and the presence of stink bugs. Additionally, the hotel was not found to be handicap-friendly, with issues accessing the shower and sink. Overall, the Quality Inn National Fairgrounds Area seems to provide a decent value for the price, with a mix of positive and negative experiences reported by guests. The hotel's location near dining and shopping options is also noted as a plus.
It has some roaches but they won't bother while you sleep. So it's nice, especially for the price.

The family's staff were nice and accommodating to us on a cold cold day by letting us check out late.
