Stuckey's is a wonderful and interesting little store offering a great selection of different items. The interior selection of pastries, candies, knick-knacks, kitsch, vintage candy, and toys is awesome, in addition to the usual convenience store fare. The food is the best, with a great BBQ sandwich and delicious pecan logs, candies, and cheese straws. There is an adorable dog park area for dogs to stretch their legs, though some note the fencing has openings and it is held shut by a cinderblock. The place provides a personal vibe and nostalgia, with a nice cashier. Outdoor seating is available for dining near the gas pumps. It is a place with small things that make it a recommended stop for a more personal experience compared to bigger travel stores.
