Such great customer service and a store packed full of upscale baby and kids clothes. They have some neat brands that I'm not familiar with. The people were super friendly and they have a sale rack out in front of the store where we found some great deals.

Last month, I placed an online order for over $500 worth of clothing. An item from my order arrived with a black mark on it, so I promptly emailed the owner and sent photos asking to return the item, or for the item to be discounted further. After a few weeks of not hearing back (giving them the benefit of the doubt because it was the holidays), I called the store and an employee said she’d leave a detailed message for the owner. Over the last two weeks, I’ve called the store twice, and each time I “just missed” the owner. When I called again yesterday afternoon, an employee informed me that they have given the owner my messages and that there’s nothing more they can do. I am a big proponent of supporting local businesses but this has been an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value customer service.

This business is amazing! I'd never get shoes for my daughter if it weren't for them. She is autistic and struggles to try them on in the store. They allow me to take them home so we can really see if they fit or not! They are so caring and understanding! I will be a customer for as long as I can!

I love this store and the sweet owner and employees! They really go the extra distance to ensure the customer is satisfied and comfortable with all purchases. As I only frequent the store a couple times a year, the owner was not only familiar with my face but knew my first and last name. I'm thankful for our small town boutique and their excellent customer service.

My favorite store to shop at for not only my 9 month old, but also my 9 year old. Such a wide variety of styles and brands from Classic to “cool†for my older son. Great shoe collection and I can always find the perfect book or toy as well. The girls are always super helpful and the store is always very neat and organized.
