Had banked with synovus Bank since the late 1980's had multiple loans and large loans too. I got married and went to the bank to change my name and to add my husband to my account. They had me to come in five times. I finally asked tell me everything you need so I will only have to come back one time they told me ID, SS card. Marriage license. That is what I brought them and because my husband is hisspanic WITH HIS PEREMENT RESIDENT CARD. They would not add him to my account with all the proof they required. We we have never been treated so racists in our lives and very rude. Closed my account and found another bank. Perry branch very RUDE PEOPLE

Went through the drive thru o may 8 2018 at 2:35 p.m. to make deposit and there was a young girl with blonde hair and she was very rude
