I love tracker supplies and I never had a problem going there with my fur baby he’s 9 months today and he’s very active and large and not use to being around anyone but me. Well today because he was barking and jumping at one of the female workers. She refused to help me look for a dog collar she told me my puppy shouldn’t be allowed in the store because he’s two aggressive and dangerous. I been bringing him in the store no problem I come there all the time to bath him She was walking around the store talking to other customers about him shouldn’t be allowed in the store I was totally humiliated and my puppy. ???? people. Was looking at him like he was deadly. She totally over reacted I will not come back.

Absolutely disgusted with the careless cashiers here. I am in Tractor supply all the time and normally I go to the one on Watson but I went into the Perry store yesterday. Big mistake. I went in and as I was walking out of an aisle I slipped and fell on my knees because of dog food spilled in the floor. I thought well maybe they didn’t know so they can’t help that. Well I go to the register to checkout and tell the lady that there was dog food spilled and I just fell on it. She looks at me and just says ok. Doesn’t ask if I’m ok or offer to write and incident report or anything a professional would do. I would rather drive further and go to the one on Watson (where employees don’t stay on their phones and actually help customers) before I deal with that ever again.

I absolutely LOVE this tractor supply, the employees are very kind and helpful. I bought something that needed to stay cold and I said I would pick it up last but I needed something out of the fridge. Well when I went to get it they had a box with ice packs ready for whatever I needed!

I don’t know the name of the lady that checks the customers out! She is the red headed lady and she is awesome and goes above and beyond every single time I am in here which is very often! Today I brought one of my furbabies to get a wash and when we were done she helped us check out not only was she an amazing cashier but she even went as far as to give my baby extra attention and let her help cash people out behind the desk and gave her a treat. I love seeing her everytime I come in and I enjoy bringing my furbabies when she’s there. I have a really great picture but don’t know how to upload it. However she is definitely my go to person and cashier.
