I placed an order online for my sons 3rd birthday cake and cupcakes 2 weeks early… called Monday to verify the order was in place and ready to be picked upSaturday and everything was confirmed. I get a call today, 24 hours before the party, to tell me my entire order is cancelled and there is nothing they can do. I would not recommend using them if you have an event or something important planned. Unreliable and unsympathetic.
