This branch is HORRIBLE! I just left the drive-thru attempting to make a deposit. I pulled up at 5:01 and there were 2 cars ahead of me. I wasn't pulled bumper to bumper. When I get to the window, this "worker" tells me they're closed. I inform her I was in line. She proceeds to want to go back and forth with me with her nasty attitude. I tell her don't even worry about it and pulled off. I'd never bank here. It was the older Caucasian female. She needs to find something else to do for a job. I'll never return. EVER! I see why they only have 3 stars.

Tamara took really good care of me she was patient kind and she help me and my family she spent over a hr helping me they don’t make customer service like that anymore if I could her 10 stars I would thank you again ??

For about a year I Was getting my direct deposit 4 days before pay day now it seems as though I'm going to receive it on pay day. And I signed up for overdraft protection and haven't been able to get an overdraft unless it's a recurring bill an employee told me I might not be able to get it today to try again tomorrow that it's up to the system and it still didn't work. Every bank have their own scheme to get your service

No star I would , worst bank ever ATM machine always Down the customer services department is horrible, they have one teller only and they expect her to serve 1000 customers wait time is longer longer longer than expected I had to wait 45 minutes to deposit cash money since the ATM machine down as usual, after thinking i decided to close my Acc permanently not recommended to anyone worst bank ever

The tellers and personnel at this bank are very uneducated and rude. 1st time i went to this branch to open an account it took 1 hour and 30 minutes to open an account. Recently my wife went to deposit a check in to the account, teller refused to deposit the check because the name was written in different color ink. They need to close this branch down or have some new personnel's from another branch.

Tried to call and open a savings account, couldn’t talk to anyone it just said go to a local branch or open online, tried to open online and it said it couldn’t verify my identity and to go to a local branch. I’ve gone 3 times to the local branch, the first time they were just busy, that’s fine, the second time I was in a hurry from a break at work and there was no one there, was told I’d have to wait for about 45 mins, third time, not a soul in the place, I run in and tell them I want to open a savings account, I was told they would have to make an appointment and there was no availability today, Geez people I wanted to open a savings account I’m not trying to buy a house. My schedule does not allow me to be there whenever during their working hours so trying to get in when I’m able. Never in my life did I think opening an account and putting money in would be difficult.

Don't waste your time. The ATM machine is always either out of order completely or only certain functions are available (sometimes you can't make deposits, other times you can't withdraw cash). This branch is also no longer open on Saturdays. Just save yourself the trouble and go to the Watson location.

Called to get information for setting up an account. I pressed "0" to talk with a banker and got transferred to a number that "doesn't support voicemail. goodbye." Wow, that's a bad first impression.In response to your reply, you should be able to figure it out yourself. It's a glaring issue. If you can't, why would anyone trust you with their savings?

Repeatedly had horrible customer service here, almost every time we went to this branch. Teller refused to cash a personal check, asked for manager, who also refused. Wouldn't give a reason other than that "it didn't look right". Meanwhile, customer next to me is depositing large wads of cash from a backpack. Drove across town to another Wells Fargo, deposited, no problem. Every experience at the drive through with Deidra was a mess. I would suggest more training... rude, slow, barely competent. Not only is Wells Fargo one of the worst banking experiences, but THIS branch is why we finally are leaving (after more than 10 years) and going to a different banking company entirely. Save yourself some time and exasperation and go somewhere else.
