This is not right and keeps happening to me at this location. I got an alert my package was delivered at 3:29pm. I was at work I went to the location at 1am to get my package that I been waiting on. I didn't see the package or a key to get it out a larger box. If it wasn't ready to be picked up why mark it as delivered. This does nothing but waste the customer time and the customer is the one paying to use the box. The sign on the wall says all mail available at 11 am but it's a lie and completely a waste of time. The package had been at this location since Sunday afternoon surely it should have been ready. The person that continues to do this could careless and is down right sad in my book.

There is usually a line here. Sometimes an extended wait but the ladies that work here are so nice, polite and helpful I don't mind the wait.

This is the 2nd time my girlfriend & tried to get our packages out of the mail box with the key the was left & the key didn't work. The first time someone stole my girlfriends package. Yesterday 4/10/23 I had a package delivered & the key that was left didn't work gain. So I wasn't able to get my package. So at this point I am believing that the mail carriers maybe stealing people packages since they have access to the keys which explains why they would put a key in the mail box that doesn't work to make it seem like someone else stole the packages. I will be requesting that the apartment put a camera up at the mail box to monitor the mail carriers.

The staff are more than just postal workers. They are cheerful and extremely helpful, always eager to bend over backward. I consider them friends.
