I broke down heading to Callaway gardens from New Orleans on a Friday night around 8 pm. I call Chipley they answered and they had a tow truck at my location in 20 mins. The issue was my alternator. Great price, friendly service and I highly recommend them.

Quick efficient and helpful. I was from out of town and piece of plastic was dragging on the underside of my car. Someone else has messed it up and they removed the piece and didn't charge me for the trouble. It's not easy to find good natured hard working people these days but this shop fits that bill perfectly!! Thank you so much!!

Love using local businesses and depend a lot on reviews. By reviews, Chipley Auto is a 5 star business and someone I could send my daughter to trustingly. They must be suffering as everyone else in this country with the problems of obtaining a sufficient work force. The last two visits, they have seemed a little more than stressed at the prospect of taking in more work. Even so, they did assist in the most emergent of our repair needs and we WILL go back and give them the opportunity to complete the other repairs needed. Thanks Chipley Auto!

Oh my gosh, what a fabulous business! I went to pick up my truck after they changed the engine, and all I can say is the service was ?????. Upon entering the office, the ladies were friendly and professional, adding that personal touch. The gentleman who brought the truck out had the same positive energy and vibe as the ladies. And let's not forget why I was there—the truck felt and drove like a brand new vehicle, just driven off the lot. I truly appreciate their friendly, personal, and professional five-star service. Many businesses in and around the area could take a page from them... exceptional service. Bravo ? ? ? ? ?

Seriously, these are the most honest and knowledgeable owners of any auto repair shop I’ve done business with. I’ve recommended them to all of my friends and family and they never disappoint. I wouldn’t dream of taking my car anywhere else!
