This park has declined a lot since we stayed here several years ago. The pool was so dirty our grandkids didn’t even want to go swimming. The restrooms are dated and need to be thoroughly cleaned. The grass needed to be mowed and the service pedestal cleaned (it was covered with bird poop). The cable tv was an analog signal. The positive was a level, long, concrete pad with good electrical, water and sewer. We paid over $ 100.00 per night for two nights and didn’t even stay the second night. Very disappointed!

We stayed in Lot #12 with a 37-foot 5th Wheel. Getting into the site for us newbie RVers was a bit of a challenge. But overall, our experience with the campground was excellent! The managers were extremely friendly and helpful. The campground itself was very nice & clean. With restrooms and a swimming pool for anyone staying there, made it really helpful. We would highly recommend this campground!

We've been coming to this campground since 1998, and it unfortunately seems to be in a bit of a decline. They call it a Resort by name, but they are no longer meeting the definition of resort as a destination for vacation or recreation. It is turning into a park for long term use, and many of the best slots that we previously had access to (Premium Plus) are now only rented to 30 days or more tenants. There are lots of utility trailers scattered throughout the property, and one fellow even off-loaded a gas mower on a Saturday morning and proceeded to mow his little space for 45 minutes while we were trying to enjoy some quiet outside coffee time. We'll try one more visit in December, but if we are continually blocked from our preferred sites then we'll probably have to find a new Pine Mountain/Callaway home.

We full timed in a Class A motorhome for six years. Wanted to try "glamping" and found Pine Mountain RV Resort on facebook. We stayed three nights in the Springboc tent. It was very clean, air conditioning was running when we arrived, great shower, dishes, and towels readily available. There is no TV but we were aware when we booked. The only comment we have is there is not alot of light in the bathroom space or kitchen nor any plugs to have a light or bathroom accessories you may travel with. The covered deck off the front door is wonderful with a small table and four chairs. Our next stay we'd love to bring two folding loungers to lounge in,(maybe the resort can add two!) the deck is plenty big for two and it would have made our outdoor relaxation even better! No complaints, just commenting on lighting and loungers, we recommend this resort and the glamping tents!

The paved premium sites are nice. I love that they have two sewer connections, one at the front and one at the rear of the site. The pool is large. It would seem that a campground this large would have at least a couple more showers, maybe another shower house centrally located. The office closes earlier than any other campground office we've ever been to. Overall, it's a nice campground very conveniently located to Callaway Gardens.

There are good and there are bad sites. My biggest gripe is the way that the sites are laid out on the hill. They laid out the sewage dump port right above the site below, so if your neighbor is messy their mess will flow right into your campsite! (Super gross and poor planning) Also there are tons of ants that swarmed up our hoses into our motor home

The campground is clean and the staff is polite. They call themselves a resort and charge resort prices, but it's only a campground. Although the sites are pull throughs some are difficult to get in and out of. The layout wasn't thought-out.
