Eating with a beautiful view. I will recommend going after 11 a.m.. That way, you can have some corn muffins. The service is nice and place is perfect for families.

Good country food with lots of windows looking out from the mountain. Service was good. Be mindful of their hours. They do not serve dinner and close mid afternoon.

Very charming and rustic. Great view of Callaway. The biscuits and cornbread muffins were great, with the homemade jam. Really enjoyed the fried green tomato sandwich. Burger was a little overcooked. Service was great. Overall, I'll come back.

really great views and good food. hits the southern food cravings. the biscuits and sweet tea are the best.Vegetarian options: a lot of the vegetables are cooked with a meat stock or ham bone so not vegetarian.

We came here for lunch on a Tuesday , nice atmosphere by the window, I had the hamburger steak, collard greens, corn, fried green tomatoes, biscuits. My wife had the pot pie . All the food was really good. Quick service, the only complaint was that the server wasn't friendly.

Being from the south I love grits. The grits I was served had a strange taste. It really ruined my breakfast. In the beginning our server was terrible. She never smiled. She acted like she was put out to be there. At the very end she finally checked on our table and asked if we needed anything. The restaurant and store is very cute and the view is impeccable. Please get the food and service on the same level.

Omg!! I love eating at this restaurant. Every time we come up to Pine Mountain we stop here and eat. We are from out of town, and our trip is not complete until we stop by here and eat. Be sure to get seated by the window. The view is amazing. I hope that if you decide to try it out, I hope thar you enjoy the food and the view as much as we do.

Great view. The food is average...but frankly the service is less than friendly. Try going into town and see what you can find.

Overall I’d say it was an ok experience, but if there were other places to eat in the area I’d pick some place else. When we got to our table we placed our order and they brought us a bread basket, but they didn’t have any clean silverware. We waited about 10 more minutes then they brought us some plastic ware. Luckily the silverware was cleaned and brought to us when our meals came out. Overall the service was fine. Jackson, our waiter, was quality. The food was not a great value though, at least in my opinion. I’m sure there are many people who “love” this place due to memories and what not, but if it weren’t for the basic monopoly run by Callaway Gardens in the area, I doubt it would be open since it’s not great food for the price.

The food is great! Home cooking and beautiful view. We have stopped here for lunch the past couple of years on our way home from Callaway Gardens.
