Josh, the pharmacist was so rude to me about filling a prescription. He literally refused to fill it because I was not a current customer.

Very poor customer service. I recently moved to the area and had prescriptions sent to this pharmacy. 4 days later I called to check on the status of the prescription and was put on hold then hung up on twice. When I called back the girl answering the phone had an attitude and told me they were very busy. This was at 9:30 on a Saturday morning so I drove to the store and there was only one customer inside. Mainstreet looked like a ghost town. I was told they could not fill my prescription because they could not get the medicine. In a situation like this it would be nice to get some type of notification so if need be other arrangements can be made. I won’t be back.

My prescriptions was transferred from Columbus to Pine Mountain they was filled immediately and the ones that Publix pharmacy tried to charge me for was free I love this pharmacy i highly recommend them plus they're friendly and very helpful regardless what anybody say thx u save it!!!

This is a quaint, SUPER CUTE, pharmacy with friendly staff. Reminded me of my favorite pharmacy back home where everyone greets you by your name when you walk in. I’m visiting this lovely town and they were able to fill my rx and use my insurance with no problems. Saved me from having to drive to Lagrange. I would definitely recommend them.

Let me start off by saying this:I've been a customer of alot of pharmacy's in the past and none of them could even try to have the customer service or the feeling like I'm the only customer that they have. Everytime I go in or call they give me there undivided attention that is rarely found in other pharmacy's if at all. I'm completely blessed to be able to call U-Save Pharmacy in Pine Mountain my friend's and Family. Hope we have many years together. ?Always, Larry McCutchen
