The new guy at the counter was VERY rude for no reason at all. Very sarcastic , and makes unnecessary comments about a customers finances is disgusting. IDC who you are. I’ve had things happen like my address forged on my mail to help crooked landlords but this was over the top .

Not as clueless as big facilities but pretty close. The post master literally had a mental breakdown a couple years ago so speak softly.

I have been visiting Pine Mountain for over a month now & I’m so impressed with the care , love & how fast the only staff member that is always at the counter . She is a gem . You can tell her heart is genuine & she loves her job & the ppl that she helps . She is the kindest , sweetest , most helpful postal worker I’ve ever met . Thank You for making a visitor welcomed, but I truly believe she is that way to everyone.

My packages are always going missingAfter it says delivered and put on the porchWe have a ring camera so we constantly know what’s going on also my mothers packages never get delivered or they’re always damaged and she lives five minutes from me we have the same postal man . She too also has cameras on the property .They’re just never being delivered even though it says they are

I don't care what town you're in, closing in the middle of the day in the middle of the week is stupid. Also not accepting a Visa debit card just because it says cash app on it is equally stupid

Normally I have a wonderful experience with this post office but unfortunately I did not today. I had a package that already had a postage paid label on it and it was sealed properly with it's own glue tape. The postal worker informed me I had to purchase a roll of tape to be able to send it. In all my years I've never had to purchase tape to mail a sealed package before. I will be taking my postal business to Hamilton Ga from now on.
